Where do you ship to?

Which shipping providers are used?

We trust and use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for our Economy Shipping services.

How is the shipping cost determined?

All shipping rates are conveniently calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

How quickly is my order processed?

Your order is important to us! We commit to processing all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, you can expect your order at your doorstep within 3-5 business days.

Is there a way to track my order?

Of course! As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email. 

Is my package insured?

Currently, our packages are not insured.

Are there any customs or duties fees I should be aware of?

For orders headed outside the United States, please note that any customs and duties fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

What's the return and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item remains in new and unused condition. For exchanges, the window extends to 30 days. Do remember, the cost for return shipping is borne by the customer. As of now, international returns are not accepted.

What if my item is lost or damaged in transit?

We stand by our products and service. Should your package be lost or arrive damaged, rest assured we will replace the item at our expense. A little note: If there's any unusual activity or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to review and limit the number of replacements for a customer.
